What is Patreon?

Patreon is a membership platform that allows content creators to run subscription services.

How does Patreon work?

You will create a Patreon account and sign up for your preferred tier. You'll be charged on the first of every month you remain a member and get unlimited access to your content on Patreon.

Can I buy Patreon patterns on the website?

Patreon patterns will retire from the exclusive Patreon shop 1 year after their initial release. At that point, they will be available for purchase on the website.

If I join Patreon today, do I get every pattern that has ever released on Patreon?

The Shears tier and above will have unlimited access to all Patreon patterns.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of this product we DO NOT offer refunds.

Can I cancel at any time?

Subscriptions are on a month to month basis and can be canceled at any time. Your membership will stay active through the end of the month you have already paid for.

How do I manage my subscription?

Patreon is a separate platform from Sonia Estep Designs. The SED team can not manage your account. This includes resetting passwords, tier changes, or account cancellations. All Patreon account issuese are managed directly through Patreon. If you are unsure of how to manage your account we will be happy to point you in the right direction but are unable to make any changes ourselves.
